A nice condition matched pair of 78th Field Artillery Regiment DUI’s. Both are pinback and marked by N.S. Meyer.
The 78th has an excellent history. They first saw combat in North Africa then Sicily. The unit landed at Normandy on July 11th and engaged the enemy at Caumont and St. Lo. They participated in Operation Cobra, Sigfried Line, The Bulge and into Germany.
