WW1 ERA US NAVY ENLISTED JUMPER

A WWI era navy jumper for a seaman third class.  Jacket has single white stripe at cuff indicating rank and white braid at shoulder for a seaman classification.  Has early string tie at waist and is named in white stencil to P.R Berger. Good overall condition.
