WW1 ERA USMC MARKED BUTTON POLISHING BOARD

An early piece of Marine Corps personal gear for button polishing.  This one is marked “N.S. Meyer Inc / New York / PATENT-PENDING” and along the edge on both sides is “USMC”.  The U was lightly stamped and has been nearly polished away with just remnants left. A rather uncommon Marine Corps marked piece.
