WW2 8th FORCE PATCH

An English-made variant of the famed SSI of the Mighty Eighth Air Force. This example is finely woven on a light blue silk or silk like thread background. The wings and the “8” also appear to be woven from silk thread. A very attractive patch and an unusual version.
